POI Hunter

Terms of Use

Last updated: 2 November 2026

1. Provider and scope

POI Hunter is provided by Navid Anzalichi, Berliner Str. 10, 63110 Rodgau, Germany, email poihunter@anzalichi.de (see Imprint). These terms apply to the use of the app. By tapping “Continue” on the welcome page you agree to them. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Age

POI Hunter is intended for people aged 16 and over.

3. The game

4. Game account

The game account is anonymous and tied to the app on your device. If you uninstall the app or reset your device, your progress may be lost; there is no transfer to another device. You can delete your account at any time (Settings → Account → “Delete account and game data”, see Delete your account). Accounts that are not used for 12 months are deleted automatically.

5. Code of conduct – zero tolerance

For player names, sentences for new worlds, report texts and any other input:

Also prohibited:

We do not tolerate objectionable content or abuse. Report and block: You can report player names and world content in the app and block worlds so you no longer see them. We usually review reports within 24 hours.

6. Moderation

In case of violations we may – depending on severity and without prior warning – change and lock player names, have world books regenerated, remove content and ban accounts. Banned accounts lose their world membership and can no longer check in. If you think a measure was wrong, write to poihunter@anzalichi.de.

7. Your content

You are responsible for the names and texts you enter. You grant us the simple, free right to store them in the game, display them to other players and use them for moderation, as far as this is necessary for the game.

8. AI-generated content

World books for your own worlds (names, stories, street and place names) are written by an AI (Claude by Anthropic) based on your themes and your sentence. AI text may contain errors, inappropriate content or similarities to existing works. Invented street and place names are game content, not real information. Please report inappropriate content in the app; we will then have it regenerated or remove it. The English versions of world books are also translated from German by an AI (Claude).

9. Safety while playing

You take part in traffic and public life at your own responsibility.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. Otherwise, our liability for this free service is excluded to the extent permitted by law.

11. End of use

You can stop using the game and delete your account at any time. We may end your use if you violate these terms (see section 6) or discontinue the game (see section 3).

12. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms, for example for new features or changes in the law. We will announce material changes in the app. If you continue to play afterwards, the new terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account.

13. Governing law and contact

German law applies. If you are a consumer habitually resident in another country, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer protection laws of that country. We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
